Explain: (Waist width (1/2waist)) If you are not sure the size is right for you, you can find out your usually wear underwear. You measure the tile waist (1/2 waist) of the underwear in the non-stretched state. Size M: 33 cm, Size L: 35 cm, Size XL: 37 cm, Size 2XL: 39 cm, Size 3XL: 41 cm.
